BODY WEIGHT EXERCISEs

Taking a moment for movement is easiest when it is convenient.  Body weight workouts allow you to workout anywhere or at any time using the resistance and weight of your own body.  These exercises are perfect if you don't have access to a gym, if you're traveling, or if you're limited on time.  The following workouts include strength building and cardio exercises:
