Whether you've been working out seriously for years or are just getting started, plank is a great exercise that can be adapted for all levels of fitness. It strengthens the arms, shoulders, abdominals, back and quads.
If you're just starting out, there are numerous versions of plank to try! When you're ready to increase the intensity, you can begin by holding the plank for a longer duration or work on a plank variation.
