As the majority of us, nonessential workers, settle in to a new routine and work from home  it becomes even more important to prioritize our workouts and schedule them into our day. In these uncertain times exercise is one of the best methods to reduce stress and anxiety.

  We don't need treadmills, elliptical machines or stair climbers to get a heart pumping cardio workout. Find some clear floor space, lace up your sneakers and put the next fourteen minutes towards your health.
