Ease Digestion with Yoga

Overindulging, trying new foods, hormonal changes and stress can all contribute to digestive distress. Yoga can ease this discomfort and aid digestion through gentle asana (postures) and breathing.

As you move through this yoga practice, you will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body and digestive system to relax. Twists, forward folds, and controlled diaphragmatic breathing, will ease the discomfort of bloating and constipation.
