New Week, New Yoga Sequence

In case you have lost track of what day it is, we're already in the second week of June! While some days tend to drag on, the weeks and months seem to be flying by. As some states gradually reopen, others are already facing a rise in Covid 19 cases. The continued uncertainty of how long this will go on, combined with cabin fever can lead to stress over our conflicted feelings such as returning to normal, but maintaining our health, fears of letting our collective guard down, but wanting to socialize, etc. Now, more than ever, a yoga practice is a great tool to improve both physical and mental health. If you are taking part in this month's Strava challenge, the goal is to complete at least one 30 minute yoga session per week. Whether you use the fitness tracking app or not, the premise of the challenge is an attainable goal for anyone to help build the habit of a regular practice. Prioritize yourself. Turn your brain off to all outside thoughts for the next half an hour, join me for a new 35 minute yoga practice. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
